Nashville is an incredible city with an amazing culture, from music to food to art. It’s no wonder so many people want to make the move to Music City! Establishing a Little Guys Movers location in the heart of Nashville has been on our radar for a few years now, and last year Little Guys veteran John Manning opened a franchise location and made it happen.
Reaching our 1st anniversary of Little Guys Movers in Nashville is a huge accomplishment,” says Manning. “Any time you start up a business, you are constantly doubting everything that is going on and wondering if you made the right decision. To get a year in, especially with a shaky economy, has been a little nerve-wracking — but we have followed Little Guys’ systems and hired some great people, ultimately providing our customers with the highest level of service and hitting this milestone.”
Having another location nearby — Little Guys Movers in Murfreesboro — was a tremendous help. Each location supported one another, offering moving trucks and staff when things got busy, and advice when things were hard. Owning a business provides the highest highs and the lowest lows, and having the awesome team at Murfreesboro on the journey with us made a huge difference.
“The most rewarding moment has been having former employees come to work for me,” says Manning. “These folks are the lifeblood of our organization and they rock it out day in and day out. I’m blessed to have them with me.”
We’re so proud and thrilled about Little Guys Movers in Nashville’s amazing success this year, and the city doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. We look forward to more growth, more customers, more Little Guys joining the team, and more amazing moving days. This is just the beginning!
