It is with heavy hearts that we acknowledge the passing of Aaron Michael Ganoe, Director of Operations at Little Guys Movers in Wilmington, NC.
Aaron was an outstanding person and contributed so much to Little Guys Movers. Aaron worked here for almost five years, leaving a huge impact on the Greensboro and Wilmington teams, as well as the Gainesville crew which he helped train before their opening in 2019. He had just recently been promoted to Director of Operations in Wilmington and was looking forward to his new role.
Aaron worked hard to foster a sense of camaraderie and family among the Little Guys crew. He was passionate and sincere, and always ready to move the heaviest item or tackle the most puzzling moving challenge. He loved his team and spent many evenings sharing a beer or grabbing tacos with his co-workers after a job. He was a hard worker, and also a happy one – always showing up with a great attitude and encouraging everyone to have a good time.
I hope his family … knows how much of a positive impact he had, not only on all of the customers that he interacted with on a daily basis, but especially on the LGM crew. His work ethic and passion personally inspired me, and I know I speak for all of us when I say that he will never be forgotten. — Fellow Little Guy, Nate
