One in eight women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. Although breast cancer research and treatments have come a long way over the years, there’s still so much more to be done. That’s why the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation hasn’t slowed down since it was founded in 1982. On Saturday, September 28, the Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk will take place in Amarillo, TX, and Little Guys Movers is excited and honored to get to take part in this important event.
The Little Guys Movers Lubbock location will be assisting Susan G. Komen by doing what they do best – moving. The Little Guys will be transporting and placing equipment like cones and barriers to help mark the track for the participants, as well as picking the equipment back up after the event.
But the Little Guys won’t just be helping out with the Amarillo event. Little Guys Movers Lubbock will also be assisting with the More Than Pink Walk in their own hometown on Saturday, October 12. But no matter where it’s happening, Little Guys Movers is thrilled to be involved.
