Say hello to Alex Hriz! Alex has been with us for quite a few years now, and we’re thrilled to have him managing our Fayetteville location. Get to know Alex below:
Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. I moved to Fayetteville in 2012 and started working at Little Guys in May 2013.
How did you join Little Guys Movers?
I started out as a mover in 2013. Around 2016 I went to school and tried learning a trade for a while, but I missed Little Guys. The comradery and culture is something I haven’t found anywhere else. Within a short six month period I came back to Little Guys. Shortly after that I was given an opportunity to travel to other stores to help when needed. After that experience, I knew this is where I wanted to be. I’m very blessed to serve Northwest Arkansas and to continue growing our culture.
Why are you excited to be working for LGM in Fayetteville?
Little Guys is in a great position to serve the community and to serve our employees. We understand this is a stepping stone for our employees while they’re going to school or trade in their desired field. We hone skills that translate very well to other fields like small unit leadership skills, accountability, problem solving, and customer service. I’m excited to be a part of the process to contribute to their individual success, wherever it may take them.
What do you like to do for fun in Fayetteville?
My family and I really enjoy going to the Buffalo River to kayak and to hike. As well as the parks and trails around town.
What’s your low stakes hot take?
Die Hard does not count as a Christmas movie.
