Fayetteville Celebrates 10 Years of Business

Original Fayetteville Little Guys Movers standing in front of moving truckIn February of 2020, Little Guys Movers Fayetteville celebrated its 10th year in business. Since 2000, the business has grown to become a trusted mover and a community staple of Fayetteville. The first summer crew consisted of less than 10 movers, and this summer the crew will pass 30! It’s been a long ride, filled with great memories and milestones.

It may seem like a small thing, but one of Fayetteville’s first major achievements was getting a third truck in the summer of 2012. It was proof that the company was growing and thriving in the city, and it was only up from there. In October of 2012 they had their first million dollar year, and by 2015 they had outgrown their original building and moved to a new space. It didn’t take long, however, before they outgrew that building, and they settled in to their current 7,500 sq. ft. headquarters in July of 2019. Fayetteville now has a half acre lot for their fleet of moving trucks, and even 3,000 sq. ft. of space for the Little Guys to relax and play games.

But more than trucks or square footage, the most important thing has always been serving and being a part of the Fayetteville community. Branch Manager Jake Ladue has put the people of Fayetteville first since day one.

“Many years ago on my first trip to Denton, our Little Guys headquarters, I was amazed seeing how Little Guys had impacted the community,” says Jake. “Every place I went wearing my Little Guys shirt, someone would approach me to tell me how we impacted them through a personal move, a family member’s move, or an event. I knew that’s the reputation I wanted us to have in Fayetteville, and I’m very happy to say that we have achieved that. Our customers know that when they work with us they are going to get the best possible service from friendly people. The local nonprofits know that we are just a phone call away to help with any projects or events they have happening. When we are able to impact the community, it’s truly an amazing experience.”

Congratulations, Fayetteville. Here’s to the next 10!
