Ryan Walker has been a Little Guy for years, and he notes that our culture is a big reason he decided to remain with the company and turn it into a career. When did you join Little Guys Movers?
I joined the Little Guys in February of 2018.
What drew you to LGM? Why did you apply?
I was drawn in by the changing and challenging work environment, and the workers at the time made it look fun.
What do you love about being part of the Little Guys team?
I love being a part of a group that takes pride in the work they do, and do it right.
How has LGM given you opportunities for growth?
They provided a stable and fun environment to work in a team setting with tons of different people. It really helped me get a better understanding of the people I was working with.
What do you love about being an Ops Director in Norman?
My favorite part about being an Ops Director is helping everyone’s days go by easier and getting to see all of the unique moving situations we get into.
What are your favorite things about Norman?
I really enjoy the college football here in Norman. Also laser tag right across the street from the shop — you really can’t beat it!
If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If I could eat anything for the rest of my life, it would be steak and green beans.
Random fact about you:
I have spent more than 2000 hours on a single video game and I don’t plan on stopping.
