We’re the Little Guys, so it only makes sense that we’d love to support some Little League! Our Bryan/College Station crew recently had the opportunity to sponsor the Cubs, a soft toss t-ball team in College Station. We were introduced to the team by Branch Manager Brian Collier, whose son started playing this year. Brian became an assistant coach, and Little Guys Movers stepped in as the team sponsor.
Being part of the College Station Little League was a blast. The kids had tons of fun and improved throughout the season. Although sometimes players ran the wrong way, headed out on the field without a glove, or misplaced a helmet, everyone got better with each game and had a great time. We loved getting to help out and encourage the kids in our community to have fun and practice good sportsmanship.
“All of our employees, families, and customers are part of this community and are the reason we have had so much success,” says Brian. “We think giving back and being involved is a good way to say thank you.”
