Choosing the right people for the job is important to us. Meet some of the movers and shakers of Little Guys, and see first-hand why we picked them to be a part of our team.

Jake Ladue
STORE MANAGER

I started working for Little Guys Movers in 2011. Fayetteville is my home; I’ve been here all my life. There are so many things I love about working for Little Guys: the community involvement, the work ethic and company values, traveling, and getting to work and hang out with people I care about. It takes a lot of physical and mental strength to work on new and different projects every day, but it’s a rewarding job and I am always learning something. We have monthly cook outs and great conversations. Little Guys allows us to run our stores and take a leadership role in making decisions. We get to see the United States and soak in the culture of different places and build lasting relationships in the community. I like to tell our customers, “We’re not your average movers. After we put the wheel chocks out we’re going to walk up to you and shake your hand and tell you our names. When your move is complete you’ll know all your movers first and probably last names.”
